Frequently asked questions
Scoop Savvy has pooper scooper services plans starting as low as $20 weekly! However, pricing is based on the number of dogs, the last time your yard was scooped, and the frequency of our visits.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will scoop all visible pet waste, double bag it, and place it in our customer's outdoor trash barrel or neatly on the side of their house, or wherever the customer directs us to.
Nope! You don't need to be home. In fact, we have clients we've never officially met!
While we love dogs, and they are one of the reasons many of us started working in this field, we ask that pets be kept indoors during your scheduled visit. This allows our technicians to perform efficiently without distractions and protects both the scooper and your dogs. (However, we would love to meet them sometime.)
Absolutely! We scoop year-round as long as your pets are using the yard. Even in winter, most waste is still scoopable.
Keeping your dogs safe is our top priority! We clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a pet-safe, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures after cleaning to ensure your pets won't get out, and all our employees undergo background checks.
Yes. For each new client that lists you as a referral and pays for at least a month, you will receive a $20 credit to your account. (Make sure they mention your name when signing up to receive proper credit)
Yes. Any gates should be unlocked, and gateways should be unblocked for easy access to the yard. We send a picture through our program after each service showing that the gate is closed
and latched after we are done. If we are unable to latch it for any reason, we will let you know in the comments section of your visit report.
We sure do! If you’re unhappy with anything, just notify us.
We're based in Raymond, New Hampshire, and service nearby communities. Not sure if you're in our area? Get a FREE quote to find out! Even if you're not currently in our zone, reach out—we're always expanding and may already be scooping near you!
An initial cleanup is the first service visit for new recurring customers. It gets your yard up to standard so we can maintain it moving forward. This cleanup is at a reduced rate with recurring service.
A one-time cleanup is for customers who do not want recurring services - just a single visit. These are priced based on the size of the yard and waste buildup.
We scoop all accessible areas of your yard—front, back, and sides. If you want us to check flower beds or other specific spots, just let us know in advance. We only scoop what we can see, so waste hidden under leaves, tall grass, or debris may be missed. If any area is blocked, locked, or unsafe to enter, we clean only the portions we can safely access. To help us provide the most thorough cleanup, please keep the yard maintained and clear of heavy coverage.
